Saltwater Harbor Financial, LLC (Saltwater Harbor) respects your privacy. We commit to you that we will protect it.

We do not share personal information about you, other than as described herein. Certain confidential information is required by law to be provided to our correspondent-clearing firm, but only for the purpose of opening and maintaining your account and/or where regulations otherwise require it. When applying for or maintaining an account with us and when accessing your account electronically,

you consent to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

1. We limit how and with whom we share your information. Saltwater Harbor will

only share your personal and financial information with others (including family members):

• At your written request;

• To process or service a transaction or product authorized or requested by you, which may include certain information with your employer, if you are a participant in an employer-sponsored plan;

• When required by law to disclose such information to appropriate authorities;

• With our correspondent clearing firm for the purpose of maintaining your account information and holding your securities;

• As otherwise allowed by law for the purpose of servicing and maintaining your account.

2. We collect essential information necessary to deliver the investment services that you request.

Saltwater Harbor collects the personal and financial information about you necessary to

assist you with your financial needs, to protect against fraud, and to fulfill legal and regulatory

requirements. We collect the following:

• Information we receive from you on account applications and other forms, and any other information you subsequently provide to us orally or in writing;

• Information about your transactions and communications with us;

• Information (if any) that we receive from credit bureaus; and

• Information from public records accessed in the ordinary course of business

3. We establish safeguards to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information.

Saltwater Harbor restricts access to your personal and financial information to those associates who require such to perform their job. Employees with access to your information are required to strictly maintain the confidentiality of all client information. Only those associates who

require your personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable financial information. Strict security and privacy practices are upheld.

Saltwater Harbor and our correspondent clearing firm maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal standards to protect your personal information.

Saltwater Harbor Customer Communications: This Privacy Policy does not preclude our right to include marketing messages and materials with your account statements, as well as periodic communications (newsletters, account maintenance letters, change in terms notices, etc.)

SECURITY STATEMENT We diligently attempt to protect your privacy and any information that we possess about you. When you submit information to us using the TD Ameritrade Institutional online client portal, your information is encrypted on-line and also protected off-line. When you view your account on-line, all data transferred to you about your account is encrypted to industry standards (128 bit encryption). Please keep in mind that messages sent by e-mail are not secure. You should not send to us any confidential or personal information by e-mail or voicemail—including orders to Buy or Sell securities. We will attempt to process orders received via email and voicemail, but timely execution of these orders is unlikely. Missing information and/or confusing messages could result in us taking no action at all. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that we believe will ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your personal information within our company, but that might, in fact, not prove adequate in light of ever-evolving counter technology.

Use of Internet Browser Cookies: Saltwater Harbor does NOT use Internet browser “cookies” on our public web site. However, accessing your account electronically may requires the use of cookies for security purposes. Email Policy: Any email that you receive from any associate of Saltwater Harbor should either contain the prefix “Si” or “Info” and be followed by the letters If you receive email from any

associate that does not contain that address, please notify us at once at the following address: or by regular mail to the address at the bottom of this page. It is a serious

violation of our supervisory procedures for any associate to use a personal email account in correspondence with clients of this firm. As a general rule, you should not utilize email or voicemail to “BUY” or “SELL” securities with our firm. Recipients often do not have ready access to

electronic communications and/or might not be able to act on such for extended periods of time.

Although your order will ultimately be acted upon, it is unlikely that timely receipt and/or execution will occur. You should understand that significant delays may result from your electronic message trading requests to us if all details of your request to us are not clear to us.

Telephone Call Monitoring and Recording: We may monitor and record your telephone calls to us (or portions of your telephone calls) for quality control, customer service, employee training, security, and other lawful purposes. You consent and agree to such monitoring and recording. Your consent shall be ongoing and need not be confirmed prior to, or during such monitoring or recording, except to

the extent applicable law expressly requires otherwise.

Market Volatility may affect the timeliness and/or pricing of your orders with our firm.

Changes to this Privacy Policy: We are required by law to provide written notice of our privacy policies to you annually as long as you maintain an active account with us. These policies may be modified from time to time to comply with applicable laws or to conform to our current business practices, and without prior notice to you.
